About the Event
Participants will meet two hours each week to join in a new fun challenge. Each session explores a new element of Creativity culminating in an exploration of how we can integrate these elements into our lives to build creative strengths and improve our health and wellness. Did you know in recent studies, stress and anxiety dropped 30% among women doing creative arts intervention (Your Brain on Art) and just one or more art experiences a month can extend your life!
